i know i need to work on my diet more. that’ll be what gets me to where i need to be in terms of my body. i’m lazy eating on my own, there’s no one to judge me/make me think of what i’m actually eating lol

I feel guilty for eating still, but you know what?  I need this for my body.  I pushed myself to have 1200 calories today and I cannot feel guilty about it.

i don’t have many followers but i want the ones i have to follow this girl and support her. reblog and support. she wants to be healthy and is already well on her way and i think that’s AWESOME!

feel like i should write them down somewhere and here seems good as any (bntf = but not teh focus)

  • to lose inches off my hips
  • to lose inches of my waist
  • to have a lower percentage of body fat - lower weight would be cool, bntf
  • to gain muscle in my thighs
  • to gain muscle in my arms
  • to gain a stronger core - abs would be nice, bntf
  • to gain self confidence
  • TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE SUPERHERO SCRAMBLE MARCH 24th

gonna get this when i finish my race, i hope i’ll have earned the right to wear it.

this is how i felt tonight. got pissed, probably more than i normally would <thank you shark week…> so i turned into an ass kicking. breakdown of run: walked .25 miles, ran .75 miles, walked .25 miles, ran .25 miles, walked .50 miles, ran .25 miles, walked .25 miles, ran .25 miles, walked .35 miles. total time: 42.36 (beat my pr of 44:35)
